*Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date your received it. If 3 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 31 Greenwood Way, Sherwood Park, AB, T8A 0J4, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*All orders will ship within 3 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via Canada Post. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail or tracked shipping is preferred.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, we will send the order to the address provided to us.
